MARCO was founded by Mr. Manilal Chheda in 1965. A legacy of almost four decades started by Mr. Chheda who had earned himself a degree from Elphinstone Technical Institute and a Diploma from the Commercial Tailoring College wherein he was awarded merit of first class for special proficiency in Gentlemen’s Garment Designing.
This highly skilled art and tradition has been kept alive by Mr. Manilal Chheda’s nephew Mr. Sachin Chheda who now oversees the entire operations of Marco. He is assisted by the talented Master Ashok Pokle who started his career with Marco as an apprentice growing into a Master Tailor that he has become today.
A tailoring tradition of over five decades has over the years upgraded itself to international standards with its constant innovations, improved cuts, great fits without compromising on the comfort and quality of the garment. Marco clothing carries the same tradition of garment making which was started by the founder withcontinuous improvisations thus striving for excellence in every garment manufactured.
