As our garments are custom-made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds. This policy also applies to pre-set sized (ready to wear) garments, as they are custom-made once ordered.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Returns or replacements will be accepted only for items with manufacturing defects or if the garment's measurements significantly differ from what you provided.
To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the garment.
The customer is responsible for shipping the garment to our designated address for returns or replacements.

In our commitment to offering you the best value for your money, we offer the convenience of advance alteration charges at the time of placing your order. These alteration charges are deducted directly from your total purchase amount on our website, eliminating the requirement to send us an alteration receipt separately. This streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience as you customize your garments to achieve the perfect fit.
We cover up to $50 for alterations, depending on the type of garment being altered. The maximum limit for each garment is listed below :

Tuxedo & Mandarin – Complete $50

Unlike ready-made fits that lack personalization, we consider more than 7 measurements of your body to create garments that perfectly complement your physique.
While we cut the fabric according to your exact specifications, slight differences in garment measurements are acceptable in the specialized custom clothing industry, considering that each piece is handcrafted.
Our handcrafted garments are tailored with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the best fit and quality for you.

We strive to maintain adequate fabric stocks, but we cannot guarantee availability for every order.
We recommend placing group orders together to use fabrics from the same batch, as fabrics may differ from batch to batch.
If an order is placed, and we do not have sufficient fabric stocks, we will promptly refund the amount for the affected garment(s).
Refunds will be issued if production for any garment has not started.

Please note that we cannot control customs duties, taxes, or any additional fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer for orders shipped.

Our shipping period is typically faster than estimated. However, if an order is placed on hold due to measurement reconfirmation or fabric stock non-availability, no delay issues can be raised as all orders are custom-made.
